Return Policy

1. Returns

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation (order number)) is required.

  • Some items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products, are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Incorrect/Missing Items

  • IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US WITHIN [1] DAY OF DELIVERY WITH PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS.

  • MISSING ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN [1] DAY OF DELIVERY.

  • WE WILL WORK WITH THE CARRIER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IF NECESSARY.

5. Returned Packages

  • Customers will be contacted immediately after a package is returned to RMC Designz.

  • If the customer provided the wrong address and would still like their item shipped again, the new shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

  • If the customer does not reply within 7 business days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
