ABOUT OUR CUTTING BOARDS:

Introducing premium-quality cutting boards handcrafted in North America from cherry, walnut, or maple hardwood. These boards are meticulously crafted without the use of stains or dyes, allowing the natural beauty of the wood grains and colors to shine through. Please note that due to the natural variations in wood, each board will have its own unique appearance (making it one of one), and the engraving may appear darker or lighter than depicted in the listing.

To ensure food safety, all boards undergo treatment with food-grade cutting board oil before being shipped to you.

It's important to note that while the engraved side of the board is completely safe for food contact, we recommend using the opposite side for cutting as it serves as the display side. Our designs are engraved on the groove side by default unless specifically requested for boards with a juice groove.

MAINTENANCE/CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Avoid placing the cutting boards in the dishwasher or submerging them in water. They should be hand-washed only and dried immediately after use. Additionally, it's recommended to wipe down the boards with a cutting board mineral oil after each use or at least once a month.

Failure to adhere to these maintenance guidelines may result in damage to the wood. Please note that boards not properly cared for according to our instructions are ineligible for return or refund.

• Our processing times, as advertised, encompass both preparation stages (such as material selection, design setup, and even dragon training) and post-processing phases (finishing, packaging). Consequently, any cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Please note that each item is meticulously customized exclusively for you. Hence, we regret to inform you that RETURNS are not accepted.
